Owner's engineer for the construction of the proposed EnviRecover EfW facility. As Owner's Engineer we are responsible for the development of the plant EPC specifications, including interface schedules, negotiating with contractors and acting as client project manager through construction phase. Operation of the plant is likely to commence in 2014.

Our team provided technical support during the development of the facility in Worcestershire including production of high level technical proposals to support the planning works, WRATE modelling, assessment of capital cost, operating costs and revenues and technical support at the planning exhibitions. Fichtner also undertook the air quality assessment including dispersion modelling for proposed EfW plant to support the planning and permitting applications.
