Acquisition technical due diligence of a number of onshore wind assets in Scotland, England and Northern Ireland. The scope of the work was based on the data provided by the vendors, supplemented by multiple site visits. The outlined commercial and technical risks with respect to factors including wind yield data, completeness of documentation and appropriateness of applied methodology. Potential risks were red flagged and technical recommendations were made where relevant.
