Lender's Technical Advisor for the construction of EPR's Ely Facility, the world's largest straw fired power station
Technical Due Diligence and Lender's Technical Advisory services during the development, construction and first four years of operation of the EPR Ely Ltd 36 MWe straw fired power station, the largest straw fired power station in the world.
Services included:
- Technology review and risk assessment
- Contract review
- Assistance with contract negotiations and review of all supporting agreements
The plant started operations in 2000 and Fichtner also provide monitoring of design and construction, and monitoring of operational performance throughout the finance life of project.
