This is an exciting and demanding role for individuals with intelligence and character who are able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment in which many tasks have to be managed concurrently and in which you will be working with and supporting project developers, equity stakeholders, bankers, lawyers, financial advisers and public authorities. One of our key tasks is to provide the fundamental technical analysis and techno-economic modelling on which major capital investment decisions are made.
The minimum qualifications are A grades in A level Maths, Physics and at least one other scientific subject and a first or 2.1 honours or masters degree from one of the UK’s senior scientific institutions and you will be able to demonstrate that you have had to apply your scientific skills in a critical client environment and have held a position in which you have demonstrated responsibility, clarity of communication and the exercise of authority. You will also need to be an outgoing individual with the strength of character to lead teams of diverse individuals with widely varying backgrounds. The ability to write clear, accurate and concise English is essential.
