The professional development of Fichtner’s Engineers is a fundamental factor in the company’s continued growth and success. You will receive support and mentoring from senior members of the engineering team who will help you develop your chosen discipline and offer guidance towards gaining Chartered Engineering Status. Fichtner works closely with the Chartered Institute for Mechanical Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Chemical Engineers to provide a structure for Graduate Engineers that encourages training, real project experience and client interaction.
