Fichtner is one of the world’s leading fully independent technical advisors in the power sector with a detailed knowledge of all forms of power generation, fuels technology, heat transfer, electricity transmission and distribution and including operation and maintenance.  

In the past 30 years, we have acted as Owners’ Engineer or Project Manager in connection with the installation of more than 100 GW of power generation capacity of which approximately 40 GW is CCGT capacity and more than 40,000 km of power transmission installations.  This core activity of developing and managing the implementation of such schemes provides the foundation for the comprehensive experience and in-depth knowledge which we are able to bring to due diligence assessment work.
